These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of photobooth.rentals (the "Service"), operated by photobooth.rentals ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms apply to visitors using the Service to find photo booth providers. If you are a photo booth provider, separate provider Terms govern your participation and are provided to you as part of onboarding.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

photobooth.rentals is a matching service that connects visitors planning an event with independent, third-party photo booth providers. We are not a party to any agreement you enter into with a provider, and we do not provide photo booth services ourselves.

We do not guarantee that any provider will respond to your request, that a provider will be available for your event, or that the matches shown will meet your needs. provider listings, pricing, and availability are provided by the providers themselves and may not always be current or accurate.

3. Using the Service

The Service is free to use. There is no obligation to book with, or otherwise engage, any provider you are matched with.

You agree to provide accurate information about your event when using the Service, since providers rely on these details to determine whether and how to respond to you.

4. Your Relationship With providers

Any contract, booking, payment, cancellation, or dispute regarding photo booth services is strictly between you and the provider. We are not responsible for a provider's conduct, service quality, pricing, cancellation policies, or any refund you may be owed by a provider. We encourage you to confirm details directly with a provider, including pricing and availability, before booking.

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and underlying code, is owned by photobooth.rentals or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any provider match will be suitable for your event.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, photobooth.rentals will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or from any interaction, agreement, or dispute with a provider. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us to use the Service, which, for most visitors, is zero.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
